Carolina Shop Hop 2022: Red, White, and Blue

Our annual Carolina Shop Hop runs July 8-23, 2022. This year’s theme is Carolina Stars and Stripes, and we’re encouraging donations of quilts to the local Quilts of Valor Foundation, where quilts are presented to veterans of our military.

Each participating shop has designed a block -- or series of blocks -- to work with a pattern designed by Mary Parker, called Braided Star Quilt. When using the pattern and all the shop blocks in the quilt, you’ll have a beautiful red, white, and blue quilt that fits the requirements of Quilts of Valor.

The kits will be available throughout the Shop Hop at each participating shop and use fabric from Northcott.

When you donate your QOV quilt by January 14th, 2023, you’ll receive a discount card for 25% off all regularly-priced bolted fabric during the month of February 2023. You can read all the details here.

Rules for the Shop Hop to receive the discount card for 20% off all regular fabric (restrictions apply)
- All blocks must be from shop hop stores (see links below)
- Must use a minimum of 5 different shop hop blocks
- Must meet Quilts of Valor requirements for size and construction
- Turn in your finished quilt to any Shop Hop store by January 13, 2023
- Include the quilt information: Maker’s name, Quilter’s name, pattern name
